Belt Trends

Hey hey, wonderful people, how's your week been?? Is anyone else shocked that its already August... where did the time go, it feels like it was just May and I was thinking about how much time we still had left of summer ... but I will say that I'm happy super happy that the weather has cooled down... I think I might be the only one that's happy about, I just prefer moderate weather when I'm working, its easier to get dressed and wear the clothing that I want to wear Oh, I also just found out that this week is a long weekend... meaning that the Pride Parade is this weekend!! Tim and I are so bad at and knowing when long weekends are or whats going on in the city, I think we're just going to hang out here and get some stuff done cause we've been away the last 2 weekends!

The Statement Belt!!

Who doesn't love belts...? I love love love them, I think that they can add so much pizzazz to your outfit and they aid in keeping your pants up... lol which I'm in favor of! This season, when I say this season I mean pre-fall and fall you are going to be seeing a lot of Statement belts ones that will be power players in the Belt department is the Eyelet Belt and the Square Buckle Belt. There will obviously be more trend belts but those are my two top picks, the other ones you'll want to keep a look out for are, Chain Belts, Belt Bags, Pattern Belts, Textured Belts. Harness belts will also be big, but I'm not going to get into that on this post, ill be doing one strictly for harness belts soon!!

Oh, and did I mention the bigger the better, its all about the width and the length of the belts this season, again I'm a big fan of both of these styles cause they will make your waist look smaller! You don't have to spend a lot of money on these Statement Belts, like the one I'm wearing I thrifted for 2$ and I've linked some inexpensive options if you're in the market for a new statement belt.
