Hi All, hope you had a lovely weekend!

We went to Seattle for the day/night on Sunday and had a great time! I was supposed to be wedding dress shopping but I didn't really get much of that in.... We had to much fun eating and drinking our way through the city!

I totally forgot it was game day (Football Game). I didn't really anticipate all the people traffic that was out and about walking the streets of Seattle on Sunday, so it was kida hard to take photos but some how we managed. I'm not a huge fan of photo taking in large public areas, cause I really dislike public attention and people staring at me,  but sometimes you just got to go with it stop being such a nancy , and that's exactly what I did lol  !

First stop of the day was the farmers market, I love this place there's always good live music throughout the market, accompanied by good food and local artisans, what's not to love! You'll also find the first Starbucks ever, across the street from the Market on Pike St lol! Theres usually a huge line to get in, so I would advise to going early, or get caught in line, or just skip it altogether. Walking through Seattle you'll notice that there's almost a Starbucks  or an independent coffee shop on every corner or at least it seems that way lol, so if its coffee you want you will find it.

After the Market Tim and I were dying for a pint, so we decided to headedon over to the Faltstick Pub for some local beer and around of mini golf (they have a mini golf course in their pub!)! We didn't get to play mini golf, the turf was reserved due to the football game but at least we got to look at it and take some photos lol! After that we headed on over to O'Donnell's Irish Pub for some grub but they there booked solid, so we decided to try our hand at some shopping and made our way over to Bon Voyage Vintage store in Pioneer Square and had some fun trying on vintage clothing. I picked up a few bits and bobs, that I'm quite in love with and will eventually share with you guys, I'm thinking a blog post on  "What to wear for holiday Parties"

We then circled back to O'donnels and I managed to snipe a table at the bar which was not easy, I had to fight these 2 drunk game goers for it. In the end I came out victorious and Tim and I  got to eat some good food and drink some good beer lol! After we were all finished, we decided it was a good time to head home so we could  beat the traffic and have time to make one last stop at Walmart lol! I cant get over the prices on some things in America, they're just so much cheaper then Canada. We picked up 80 cans of beer for 35$. Here in Vancouver 15 cans would usually run us about 26$ give'er take a few $, depending on the brand. And yes,  just cause its cheap doesn't mean its good but the $ difference does make you rethink a few things when it comes to Canadian prices and taxes !

I knew we were going to be doing a lot of walking, so I decided to go with comfort and wear my Nikes! Usually these shoes only make it to the gym and back but I thought they needed a change of scenery, so I took them with and boy was I not disappointed. I felt like I was walking on pillows all day.  I tend to be quite dressed-up for work, so sometimes I just fell like kicking it low key on my days of and that's exactly what I did. Another hoodie and jogger combo paired with a faux fur coat from H&M that was only 40$... I might add. That's crazy, my sweater cost more then that lol! Lesson of the day-  You can be comfortable and stylish at the sametime !
