Baggy Jeans

Just last week I was telling one of my co-workers how much I loved her jeans and asked her where she got them. (I had been looking everywhere for a pair of baggy jeans that are reasonable priced.) Her response, "they were thrifted!".....and then the light bulb came on. I actually already had a pair! After work I rushed home and pulled out an old bag of fabric and found the jeans that I had been looking for... Funny how that works- I actually already owned them! I thrifted these bad boys about a year and a half ago, just after I moved back to Canada! My intentions for these jeans was to wear it with corset and cropped t-shirt, this idea was recently inspired by OFF-WHITE's spring 2018 collection! Today wasn't a corset kinda day, it was a casual, I ate to much food kinda day and didn't want to wear anything to tight! So another reason why we all need a nice baggy pair of jeans in our life, because as much as I love my new Levi's, Citizen's, and Grlfrnd denim, they do tend to be a bit restrictive in...well, almost all areas

I love to thrifting denim in the men's section, they have the best selection of vintage denim! My preferred brands when thrifting are Levi's, Tommy, Buffalo, and Calvin Kline, occasionally Ill  pick up some Jordache or Kirkland brands for scrap fabric. Thrifting may seem like a daunting task, I really have to be in the mood for it. Spending hours rummaging through unorganized piles of clothing, doesn't always equal a good time! Sometimes it can be well worth the hunt, instead of paying 150/200$ for a pair of trend denim, I paid 4.50$. They aren't perfect but with a little imagination Ill have these babies looking brand new in no time!
